About Game Pixel Harbor
A small, independent guide to games you play with other people.

Why a harbour?
A harbour is where crews gather before setting out. That is what we want this site to be: the place you check before inviting your friends to a new game.
How we choose games
A game joins the manifest only if it worked for a real group. We look at how quickly newcomers can join, whether everyone has something to do, and how fair the pricing is.
We leave out games built around randomised paid rewards, casino-style mini-games or pay-to-win mechanics.
How we test
Each game is played over at least two evenings by a crew of the right size, including one player who has never seen it before. We time the setup, note the voice and crossplay options and record what made people laugh or give up.
Independence
We buy our own games and do not accept payment, gifts or keys in exchange for coverage. There are no adverts on this site.
