What you do

Set up cameras, thermometers and other tools to work out which kind of ghost haunts a location. Talking to the ghost through the microphone can provoke it, which is as frightening as it sounds.

Who it suits

Brave groups who enjoy slow, creeping tension more than action.

Learn the tools

Each piece of equipment detects different evidence. Splitting the tools between players and reporting back by radio is the core of the game.

The ghost can hear you

Voice recognition means saying certain words aloud can make things happen. It is the scariest feature and the funniest after the fact.

Choosing difficulty

Early difficulties give more time to set up and a less aggressive ghost. Stay there until your group is calm about the tools.

On deck

  • Truly tense co-op
  • Voice features are unique
  • Crossplay with consoles

Below deck

  • Very scary for some players
  • Slow start while learning tools
